Trigger switch problem with my Kawasaki 19.2V drill/driver kit?

Question:

I have a Kawasaki 19.2V drill/driver kit. I have recently received my new charger and seemed well. In the last day or two the trigger has started to act up and will not always start the motor. If I gently pull the trigger it starts and then stalls and starts again; it reacts like an intermittent connection. I believe it is still in warranty. What do I do to fix this problem? I purchased this unit at Sam's Club in Pinellas Park, FL.

Answer:

Hello Donald,
No problem, just call our customer service number  1-800-423-3598 and give them your model number so they can provide you with a replacement trigger switch.

Thanks for asking,

Carl
