Who makes the kawasaki impact drivers and batteries?

Question:

Who makes the Kawasaki impact drivers (both driver internals & batteries)? Is it a repacked Black & Decker or Ryobi? Or a repacked no-name brand? I've checked with Kawasaki and they have said they do not make the tools.
thanks!

Answer:

Hello Mark,
Both are made in China and they are not repack or re-branded items. Kawasaki, based on our wide array of high quality factories, has selected Alltrade as their supplier of product manufactured in the Far East. All Kawasaki branded items are made to Kawasaki generated quality protocol and the only product released for manufacture must be inspected by their engineers prior to shipment.

Thanks for asking,

Carl
