Trying to order a part

Question:

I have been waiting for a call back since 3 hours ago so I can order a part. Then I was #3 on the call back list. I just called again and now I am #7. How can this be.

Answer:

Sorry for your inconvenience and for my delay in replying to you. My email service changed and your inquiry went to spam.  I am at a remote locations and am not involved with the customer service telephone set-up, but I know that there recent relocation has lead to problems with their phone service.  Were you ever able to order the item you need?  If not please let me know what it is so I can help you.
