My new drill batteries don't hold any charge?

Question:

I have a 19.2 V Kawasaki drill (PN 3076022) with two batteries (PN 691034). According to the Recall website these batteries are not covered by the recall. The batteries no longer hold a charge - and they didn't seem to hold much of a charge shortly after I bought the set. The AllTrade website does not show this battery Part Number as available - What battery can I use as a replacement?
Also, until the batteries ceased to hold charge, I keep the set in my RV which, when not in use, gets very warm. Could this be a cause of the "premature" battery failure? [Drill set is 2 years old and was only used occasionally.

Answer:

Hello Richard,
No problem, just call our customer service number 1-800-423-3598 and give them your model number so they can provide you with replacements.

Thanks for asking,

Carl
