How can I tell if I own the recalled 2015 Model of this product?

Recalled units have at least one silver metal tab that is flush with the openings in the black metal ratchet handle.

What is the problem?
The ratchet handle can fail during use, releasing a secured load, posing an injury hazard to consumers.

What action should I take?
First, stop using the product immediately.
Then, return your tie downs to any Sam’s Club store for a full refund.
