Alltrade offers friendly and prompt product repair and replacement services. Our customer service representatives are ready to help you get your Alltrade product back into service ASAP!

Even if the warranty for your product has expired, we can provide replacement parts and service.

Here’s how to contact our parts and service department:

Option #1
E-mail us at service@alltradetools.com with your request. Be sure and include product number, problem your having and parts you need (if known). We’ll get a response back to you ASAP!

Option #2
CALL (800) 423-3598 between the hours of 7 AM – 4 PM Pacific Standard Time. One of our representatives will assist you.

Option #3
SEND us your product if it needs repair. Be sure and include your name, address, phone number and a note letting us knows what’s wrong. You can also include your e-mail address, which we’ll use to contact you regarding product service.
