Kawasaki drill had a melt down

QUESTION:

My Kawasaki drill purchased at Costco had a melt down and I discarded the battery and charger, recently I heard of the recall program and used the Internet to obtain a replacement charger, which was promptly delivered at no charge. I was delighted. Now how do get a replacement battery?

Please call our customer service number 1-800-423-3587 and discuss with them.  You may be required to provide proof of purchase but, I'm sure they can help with the problem.
