My Kawasaki 21.6 v drill locked up after the 3rd use?

Question:

I recently purchased a Kawasaki 21.6 v drill. The first time I used it to drill some screws into a fence board and it worked fine. The second time I used it to drill some holes in an old dead tree stump. After the 3rd hole, the drill just stopped suddenly and would no longer rotate. I thought maybe it was a dead battery so I changed out the battery with a fully charged one. However, it did not help. The light comes on, but the unit appears to be locked up somehow. I've tried the switches in all the different positions, but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?

Answer:

Hello Odis,
No problem, just call our customer service number 1-800-423-3598 and give them the model number. They can help with your problem.

Thanks for asking,

Carl
