The link on the website for the voluntary charger does not work.
What's up with that? When will it be working? Or what am I doing wrong?

Alltrade. Our first priority is to make sure that our products are safe
to use, and I'm grateful that you've given us an opportunity to correct
this product issue. To verify if your charger is indeed included in the
recall, please visit www.alltradetools.com and click on the "Charger
Recall Information" banner in the upper right hand corner of the home
page. You'll be taken to a web page where you can enter your serial
numbers and determine if you're included, then register to receive a
charger if you are included. Please note the website and toll free
number are experiencing extremely high user volume at the moment. We
believe we have now resolved the issue, but to reduce the potential for
frustration, I recommend you wait a day or so to register. Your
patience is appreciated!
