Broken trigger on my 19.2v Kawasaki cordless drill?

Question:

I purchased a 19.2v Kawasaki cordless drill from Northern Tool. I have had it less than a year. The trigger started to smoke and spark when I went to use it. It is not operable now. Where can I have it fixed? I live in the most northern part of Michigan. Thanks

Answer:

Hello Ralph,
No problem, just call our customer service number at 1-800-423-3598 and give them your model number so they can provide you with a replacement switch.

Thanks for asking,

Carl
