I broke my Alltrade Vise, what can you do for me


Hi, I recently broke my Alltrade Vise (bought at Cosco years ago, 5" professional series) and when I reached out to your support team I was told "we don't make vises and have no parts - sorry.". Is there anything you CAN do to honor the "lifetime" warranty that the vise claimed? I would be happy to upgrade at some cost to a larger (newer) vise. Your customer service team has photos of the damage (broke the jaw).
