Your Drill, Your Service
Last week I Bought a new cordless drill from Costco, Kawasaki #841719. Yesterday, right after I started using it, I started to notice a electrical burn smell, I quick looked all over hoping not to find a fire, and found nothing. I kept on working, and later discovered, it was this new drill. I put the drill in my truck to bring back. the burning smell was overwhelming, so I put it in the truck bed. I noticed today that the trigger has melted through the side of the drill. I could have caused a fire! I am now sitting on your phone line waiting to be serviced, but I have waited 70 min, and it keeps telling me to stay on the line. Really really upset!!!
