One in eight US households have a car and a motorcycle or ATV parked in the garage. Until now, these multi-vehicle owners needed at least two types of jacks: one to raise their car and a different type to raise their motorcycle or ATV. The new Powerbuilt® Triple Lift Jack provides a money and space-saving lifting solution, easily lifting cars, trucks, motorcycles, ATVs and more.

Long Beach, CA. June 1, 2010 – Over 13,800,000 US households has a car or truck and a motorcycle or ATV parked in the garage. Until now, multi-vehicle owners doing their own maintenance have been forced to purchase at least two pricey pieces of lift equipment: a standard floor jack for their car or truck, and a specially designed jack to raise their bike or ATV. Add in the expense of Jack Stands to support a raised vehicle, and the cost of all this lift equipment can easily exceed $250.
The new Powerbuilt® Triple Lift jack slashes the expense and hassle of purchasing, maintaining and storing multiple jacks and jackstands. It is the one jack that easily lifts almost anything with wheels, and works on vehicle transmissions and differentials too.

The secret to the Triple Lift is the patented design that features both a removable lift saddle and padded lift rails. This flexible design allows the Triple Lift to adapt to multiple types of vehicle frames. A locking safety bar holds the jack in place once the vehicle is raised, which eliminates the hassle of supporting a lifted vehicle with jack stands.

The Powerbuilt Triple Lift offers a lifting capacity of 4,000 pounds, and meets or exceeds ANSI standards. Suggested retail for the Powerbuilt® Triple Lift Jack is $129.99

Summer is here, and so is the new Alltrade Sales Newsletter, featuring:

Updates on new products

Links to sell sheets

Company news

We’ll keep it short but sweet. Feedback and suggestions welcome!

To win in the dirt-roosting, fender-banging, tire-shredding arena of short course off road truck racing, the only loose nut better be the one behind the wheel. That’s why the truck fabricators and technicians at Premiere Motorsports Group rely on Powerbuilt tools and equipment to prep their race vehicles to perfection.

Powerbuilt is now the Official Tool & Equipment Brand of Hart & Huntington Race Team! We’re accelerating brand awareness via one of the hottest new motor sports – stadium style off-road truck racing!

Team drivers like X-games legend Carey Hart go toe-to-toe with other racers in the Lucas Oil Off-Road Racing Series – eight hard charging, dirt roosting, fender banging short course race events in the Western US.

Consumers are gobbling up the race action, with average attendance of 25,000 at each race, and almost 50 hours of national televised coverage:

CBS Sports – 8 hours of coverage

SPEED Channel – 30 hours of coverage

Versus – 10 hours of coverage

Fan demographics align perfectly with automotive retail customers too: predominately males aged 19-39 with blue-collar occupations.

All-in-all it’s a winning combination –quality tools, fast drivers, and rabid fans. Make sure your customers know that the Powerbuilt brand is on the fast-track to growth.

Check out this video from the 2010 season opener!

PMG/Hart&Huntington Team 2010

This is the biggest thing going on. Call it action sports, call it motorsports, call it power sports. Whatever it is, we have freestyle champions, record breakers, record holders, motocross heroes, and damn straight legends that have all staked major investments and are mixing it up on the track to solidify their presence in the short course racing scene. At this point, that “other” industry would rather categorize this very unique racing as a traditional motorsport, and the motorsport industry is now recognizing short course racing as an elite competition but still with a ways to go and develop. The old label just does fit not anymore. The crossover is present, the gray area saturates deep into both industries, and the solid entertainment platform is stable. The fans are loving it in person and viewing the shows on all sorts of fantastic TV Broadcast across multiple networks. This is Supercross Racing on 4-wheels and the deal is we have a convergence of on the edge personalities going head to head with major horsepower, sliding sideways, and flying at high speeds for big air. It is only a matter of time before the masses are exposed to the excitement, and the time is now.

Carey Hart #46 Pro-2

Over the years, Short Course Racing has enjoyed the participation and likeness of many household names including Robby Gordon, Paul Tracy, Ivan Stewart, Jesse James and many more. Bringing in a new era and introducing a whole new generation of fans and enthusiast are the fresh super stars that have already established deep roots in the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series. X-Games Icon Brian Deegan is currently defending a ProLite Championship, Jeremy “Twitch” Steinberg has entered his hat into the “arrive and drive” SuperLite division, and Jeremy McGrath is campaigning an elite Pro2 Unlimited just missing a win on multiple occasions. Charging up the action and leading the major 8 program effort of the Hart and Huntington Premiere Motorsports Group is freestyle hero, Carey Hart.

Josh Merrell #22 Pro-4

Not only does the Hart and Huntington Super Team field a large number of competitive entries in multiple divisions, achieving podium finishes and collecting wins are often recorded by the end of the race weekend. “Not only are we out here to win,” Ryan Busnardo, Team Leader of the PMG Operation commented on Rounds 3 & 4, “We are out here to put on a show for the fans. Some race weekends are better than others. Without a doubt the fans got their money’s worth and a real dose of action. Even though we had our fair share of spectacular crashes, our drivers are getting better. You can see it in the laps times and competitive attitudes. Our guys practice and work hard to be here. Chris Brandt going wheel-to-wheel with Brian Deegan and then out driving him in the last corner on the last lap was the race of the weekend. Bottom line, this is for the fans and they are stoked on the show. You know they are fans of Hart and Huntington Team when they are sporting a new H&H Shirt and Ball Cap.”

Chris Brandt #82 Pro-Lite

During the return visit to Surprise Arizona, PMG was lucky enough to stoke out Vanessa Steffee, a self proclaimed super fan of Hart and Huntington and the originator Carey Hart. Vanessa is an 18 year old originally from Germany and now living in Arizona. She has been an avid fan since 2000 and loves Pink just as much as Carey. Vanessa showed up to a previous Dillards Autograph signing during the last visit to Surprise during the 2009 LOORRS Season. Vanessa herd about the Hart and Huntington Off Road Team returning to Dillards while in the area for 2010 Rounds 3 & 4 through Carey Hart’s @HartLuck Twitter. Carey recognized Vanessa from the last signing and awarded her an all inclusive Hart and Huntington Lucas Oil Off Road VIP Experience. Vanessa and one guest would not only get to attend a full weekend of exciting short course racing for her first time, she also was outfitted with a stylish team uniform and some Hart and Huntington accessories and souvenirs to take home. Vanessa shared her enthusiasm “I have never been to an off road race before. What a blast. This has truly been a dream come true let alone the experience of a life time. I am hooked on Off Road Racing”

John Fitzgerald #314 Limited Buggy

In addition to autograph signings around the community, the fans were also able to get up close and personal with many of the sports elite drivers. While standing in line in front of the Hart and Huntington pit for the scheduled daily autograph session, a new enthusiast shared “When money is tight, it is good to know you can still bring the family out here and actually get your entertainment value. I got more free stuff than I can actually carry including this car part. My wife is taking a picture with Carey Hart and my kids got autographs from all sorts of drivers, posters, stickers, some other free giveaways and I can still afford to buy this bitchen T-Shirt. I will definitely be back in September and I am bringing the posse with me.”

Brandt Runs Hard In Surprise
Takes 1st in Round 4 and Establishes Points Lead

Born and bred to be a racer, Chris Brandt’s natural ability has become well known amongst the ProLite Truck Competition. Chris has proven himself to be the most consistent and fiercely determined driver in the Light Truck division. His skills behind the wheel, and a well rounded program that fields capable equipment are the keys to the success Brandt has enjoyed in the Lucas Oil Off Road Series.

At any LOORRS Short Course event, you can be certain that the ProLite Trucks will definitely be a heavy part of the big show. Often playing out to be the most action packed racing feature of the weekend, the Lite Trucks were the highlight of both Rounds 3 & 4.

Brandt performed well during Friday’s practice session turning in the 2nd fastest lap times. However the #82 failed to participate in qualifying for Round 3 due to a blown motor. With a fresh power plant locked and loaded for Saturdays Race, the Mav TV Hart and Huntington Toyota would start all the way back in 14th position behind a stacked field of talented drivers. Brandt would play it safe for the first part of the race picking off the slower part of the field. As action packed as ever, this race featured great racing and high flying passes in between a number of cautions due to several crashes including a spectacular barrel roll thanks to a hard charging Aaron Daugherty. At the restart and now in position to capitalize and drive up through the front runners for a podium, Chris made a brilliant run and maneuvered his way up to 4th. With just several laps to go, the #92 machine of Jacob Pearson went up in flames in Turn #6. The driver pulled the flame out system and safely bailed out of the car but not before the Race Officials called for a red flag. A Green/White/Checker Finish was the result and made for a difficult scenario to pass and acquire a podium. With one competitor to go Brandt made the exchange but it was short lived and Matt Loidice battled back leaving Chris with 4th. All in all, a valiant effort was put forth and Brandt’s noble driving style would set him up for an even better finish later in the weekend.

Going into LOORRS Round 4, Chris made a great run during qualifying. 3rd fastest and a 3 position inversion placed the #82 machine on the second row in 4th. Working with the available resources, the truck setup was not exactly optimal and the track was really beat up. During staging the truck died and was a real struggle to fire up again. When the green flag dropped, Brandt came to life and challenged his under powered Toyota against Brian Deegans champion Ford and Loidice’s Master Piece In Metal JimCo. For seven laps Chris battled in the top four with Rodrigo Ampudia getting into the mix. Bumper to bumper, each driver was truly giving it their all. On lap 9 Brandt collected 2nd from Loidice and tested Deegan for first. In the last corner of the last lap, Chris realized his final opportunity. Brandt described the winning pass on the podium, “I knew Deegan was going wide. I braked early and took advantage and dove inside. Without BFGoodrich, I would not be up here on the podium today. The Tires performed like a winner.”

Veteran racers like Chris Brandt know what it takes to win and preparation is a very important factor.

“This has been no walk in the park. We definitely earned this win (Round 4).” Chris described the struggles overcome throughout the weekend. “We neglected qualifying for Round 3 because my Hart and Huntington crew along with myself were thrashing to install a new engine on my #82. Round 3 was rough! I had to do my best to nurse the truck and keep control with some wacky steering. We finished 4th and I am pumped on that. Preparing the truck for Round 4 was a lot of work. New steering/new radiator/new tin/new body panels, we did it all. I had guys pulling apart my backup truck inside the Hart and Hunting hospitality area! Luckily we have lots of great tools from Powerbuilt and the best fabrication equipment from Baileigh. I am proud to keep it going and bring Hart and Huntington, Mav TV, and Lucas Oil another victory.”

Brandon Vermillion Pushes Through

For Hart and Huntington Trophy Kart Program

The Hart and Huntington Off Road Trophy Kart Program has finally come full circle. During the off season, the boys worked hard to step up their competitive prowess. Tuning the karts for maximum performance, running countless laps at Milestone Motorsports Park, and even expanding the team with a new team mate, Dean Duro driving a JR-1, the Hart and Huntington Karts are looking sharp with blue highlights and a new San Manuel Band of Mission Indians Title Sponsorship. When racing in the Lucas Oil Off Road Series you know you are competing against the very best. The Modified and JR-1 divisions are no exceptions. Since the 2010 season began in early March, the lap times and results have shown great improvements over the learning curve of the 2009 season. Brandon Vermillion, pilot of the #585 San Manuel Hart and Huntington Modified Trophy Kart has pushed through the ranks. Showing dedication, resilience, and talent, Brandon drove through a stacked field of drivers that are known for being the future stars of off road racing to take 2nd place in Round 3 and collected the very first Trophy Kart Podium for the Hart and Huntington Team.

To call these little guys the future stars is a bit misleading as they are a big part of the show currently. In this day and age, Trophy Kart Racing is the first step into the area of short course off road racing. These youngsters understand the opportunities and what is at stake. Always looking sharp, meticulously maintained race cars, and top of the line safety equipment, the kart programs are fashioned after the big guys just on a smaller scale. They carry themselves with just as much professionalism if not more than their older counterparts. For the kids, crew, and fans it is real deal racing, however it is a lot of fun to race against all of your best friends.

Qualifying for Saturdays Modified Race was a typical scenario and found each racer pushing their Kart to the edge. Vermillion was 7th fastest while Anthony Busnardo took the 10th qualifying position. Round 3 began with a fury of karts buzzing around the Speedworld configuration like a swarm of Honey Bees that are often found in the Arizona Deserts. Flying around the track at speed reaching 90 MPH, the front runners quickly battled for position.

The Hart and Huntington drivers took advantage right from the green flag pushing through the field and acquiring positions lap by lap. By Lap 5 Vermillion was in a heated 3 way battle hunting Blake Lenk with Trenton Briley chasing the #585. On the restart after the competition caution, Brandon powered up and catches several Karts slipping in front. Trophy Kart Allstar Sheldon Creed had raced from the very back row and was now challenging Brandon who had just collected the 2nd position. With the laps winding down, Vermillion was able to fight off Creed and drove to a solid podium position.

Mike Vermillion, Trophy Kart Crew Chief shared his excitement after the race. Just like in the professional events, this was a awesome race full of wheel to wheel competition. The Karts are near evenly matched and the only advantage available is the skill and talent of the pilot behind the wheel. Brandon really pulled it together.

The San Manuel Band of Mission Indians / Hart and Huntington Trophy Kart Team is thrilled on the great finish and awesome race. We congratulate Brandon and extend gracious appreciation to all our crew and supporters for their efforts and participatio

Special thanks to our team for all the hard work and exhausting hours.

Planning, strategy, and preparation are the keys to mapping success. The game plan, however, will only measure up to a critical 50% of the working formula. The remaining follow through, combined with experience and skill, could be considered predictable. Winning races, of course, is never predictable, but when you have your sights dialed and the ducks are in a row, it does make for a trouble free process.

For the 2010 season, in order for the Hart and Huntington Off Road Team to achieve yet another successful year of short course racing, Premiere Motorsports Group has arranged for preparation to be handled in a much easier and trouble free fashion. Conveniently based in Corona, a fresh new 20K sq. ft. facility serves as the new headquarters for the PMG Race Operations. Fully stocked with quality Powerbuilt hand tools and outfitted with a truckload of state-of-the-art Bailiegh Industrial Products, the fabricators, mechanics, and technicians of the Hart and Huntington Off Road Team will have all the necessary equipment in place to handle the task at hand and prepare for future events.

Continued success has already been tasted as several programs showed great improvement during Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Rounds 1 & 2.

The modified Trophy Kart’s piloted by Anthony Busnardo and Brandon Vermillion proved they were capable of running with the fastest on the track. Furious racing ensued and Brandon was stripped of what was sure to be his first podium finish when another competitor spun out #585 San Manuel Band of Mission Indians Trophy Kart machine. Premiere Motorsports Group has also expanded the program with a third kart competing in JR-1 and driven by young Dean Duro. The boys show tremendous dedication & passion and are hungry to get in their Karts as often as possible for testing, seat time, and really just to have fun.

Carey Hart had difficulties on the last lap of Round 1, but came back on a mission for Sunday’s Round 2. Throwing down competitive lap times and racing for position, Carey finished 12th out of 21 highly skilled entries. “Every lap was a battle,” said Hart, “My guys gave me a good truck and I came out today and drove a pretty solid race.”

Consistent and competitive is the scenario as usual for Brandt in the Pro Lite Unlimited Toyota and John Fitzgerald in the Limited Buggy. John nailed Rounds 1&2 with a dominating pair of back to back wins. Chris Brandt showed he has the top notch program to send Hart and Huntington chasing after a championship. Chris flew away with the lead and 1st place finish in Round 1 but during Round 2, the #82 experienced a mechanical hic cup that left Chris with a “jimmy-rigged” shifting mechanism. He was able to hang on and finished 3rd but was awarded 2nd after the 1st place finisher was DQed.

Brandt and Fitzgerald are now leading their respective divisions going into Rounds 3 & 4.

The next major item in our road safety collection is this awesome portable mechanics tool kit from All Trade Tools. The hard shell case is bulletproof and closes tight with four latches. The truly portable kit is only 4 inches thick. Once we open the All Trade case it’s plain to see that here is a selection worth bringing along. Along the left side of the 122-piece kit we have a complete set of open-and-box-end wenches ranging in size from 5/16 to 5/8.

Also, at the left is a good set of electrical pliers, electrical tape, and a wide selection of terminal ends and connectors. At the right is a selection of metric box-and-open-end wenches sized from 6 to 16mm. Also, at right is a multiple purpose driver with a 10-tip bit set, including carious sizes of flat blade, Phillips head, and hex drivers.

Down the center section from the top is a spark plug gaping tool, battery terminal cleaner, and English and metric Allen wenches. Sockets include 4 mm to 18 mm and 5/32 to 13/16. All in all, for it’s size and weight, we think all Trade’s 122 piece auto Maintenance Tool kit (PN 835101) is very comprehensive for a travel kit and a great value.
