Charger Registration How To:

Make sure the address field reads http://www.alltradetools.com

On the top of the page you'll see the Alltrade logo and across it you will see a picture of two chargers with caption 'Voluntary Charger Recall Information', click on it.

This will take you to another page with a Safety Recall letter on the middle of the page (Note: The web address should now read as follows: http://alltrade.fox-international.com/). Three buttons are available on the upper left hand side, Home, Recall Registration, and FAQ's. Click on Recall Registration.

Select the model number off of the drop-down list, then enter the serial numbers of your batteries. Click 'Check Recall'. If your battery charger qualifies for the recall, this will take you to another page where you can enter your information (name, address, phone number, etc.). Otherwise, it will give you a confirmation note next to the serial number stating your unit is not being recalled and can be put back into use.
